Exchanges & Returns Policy
For Substack paid subscribers, if the newsletter is discontinued before the end of a paid subscription, you will be refunded for the remaining portion of the subscription term. Refunds will be handled through Substack.
If you would like to end your subscription, you may cancel it. Navigate to your Substack account Settings page at this link.. Once you cancel your subscription, it will terminate at the end of the billing period and you will not be charged again. Returns and exchanges requested by customers
There are no physical items to be shipped. We do not accept returns of items after clicking on the links in the Substack newsletters.
Delivery times
Paid subscribers should automatically be able to view sections of a newsletter that is limited to paid subscribers. In the event that a paid subscriber cannot view the information/link, the subscriber can contact me through Substack or via email (above).
